Nedbank disappointed us.

We made an instant transfer on Saturday the 13th May at 11:45 and paid the fee of R190 to reflect immediately. Today is Monday and no money is reflecting on the recipient bank but we paid R190. We called in 4 times since Saturday and everytime we get different information from the consultations ,this is unacceptable from Nedbank.
