Nedbank disappointed me shame

What a horribly assistance I got from Nedbank on the 26 February meyerton branch, my money was debited by company that is out side South Africa, I immediately phoned the bank for my card to be blocked by the transaction didn’t stop went to the bank to report this ask for further assistance lady who assisted me advise me to open new account and sent me to another Nedbank personal who told me that even if I open a new account it’s not going to help and those money’s that I taken out of my account there’s no guarantee that I will get them back and the bank is going to charge me for that, it doesn’t matter if I got my money or not, so when I asked him so if he means that my money will never be same in Nedbank and if my money gets ****** I must pay for that as well, he said well I was just telling you the fact that, “us” Disputing the money doesn’t guarantee you will get and “we” are going to charge you for that, mind you I arrive there at 14:30 and left at bank at 16:00 with no help just to be told that my money is going to be ****** and I will pay for that.... wow I trust Nedbank and I have been banking with Nedbank since I started working it’s been years I’m so disappointed shame
