NEDBANK DISAAPONTED ME

I am very unhappy with Nedbank, i have been with Nedbank for over 10 years but the service i received for the past week is shocking. I went yo Westville Mall to deposit an amount of R5000 to Nedbank personal loan with ATM reference number (ATMNB07619-87-65) to my surprise they told me they never received the payment. I called the call centre to investigate they lodged a complaint on my behalf with reference number (710206) however they declined my query after they told me they can see the money is stuck inside the mechine... I need help urgently before i take this further.
