Nedbank difficult to get through MFC

I would like to pay an additional fee of R500.00 every month for my car installment its difficult to get through to Nedbank MFC department I would like Nedbank to tell me what is the balance owing on a Transactor account I closed with them as I keep getting sms and I cant access the account I would like to pay R500 on my credit card and if nedbank can decrease my credit every month so I can close this card And I would like to know if Nedbank can consider me for a consolidation loan
