Nedbank Diepkloof Square branch (*********** staff)

Nedbank Diepkloof Square has the most laziest staff, they are *********** and they don’t do their job. I went there to sort out my old account that they didn’t close, the card had funds, wanted them to transfer to the new account, however they told me to go to the branch that I opened the account at, this was so unfair and an inconvenience for me, it was time consuming and the lady who was helping me didn’t know what she was doing, she told me she has to issue me a new card which will cost R150. I want to Maponya mall Nedbank, the person who was helping me was efficient, helpful and she also stated that Diepkloof square Nedbank was wrong that thing could be sorted at any branch.it was not a matter of going the branch that I opened the account and it was not a matter of opening a new account, as it should have been done online at a branch. Nedbank kindly train your Diepkloof square staff or close it because a lot of people are complaining about it.
