nedbank diducted money from my account now they dont wanna refund me

<p>i have a home loan ( ********** 690901) with Nedbank and i pay this loan via stop order every month, this month they went and diduct R7 224.07 for the home loan of which i had already paid via the stop order, yesterday i sent them a proof that i have already paid for this account and i requested that they must refund the money into my account hance i have orther accounts to pay but they keep sending me from piller to post no one wants to resolve this and as of this moring i have incured some charges for unpaid accounts and on my current account (where the money was diducted i am now on R-1059 which i have a feeling that Nedbank will want me to pay even though this was not my doing, kindly assist me to get my money back </p>
