Nedbank didn't honour their promise

I have app**** for a personal loan they told they will consolidate my finchoice account and deposit the remaining amount on my account they did consolidate the finchoice account but not in full there's a remaining amount i called them asking didn't they request a full settlement letter from my creditor now they sending me from pillar to post
