Nedbank didn't close my credit card

Good day,<br> <br> I have called the Nedbank to close my account *** and was given the following reference number 517174 and was assisted by UZAIR AHMOD who promised that the credit card will be closed within 48 hours. <br> However it wasn't closed because today i got an sms that I owe R44.78.<br> Please close the account and UZAIR AHMOD should pay that balance because to my knowledge the credit card was closed.<br> <br> Regards<br> Rirhandzu
