Nedbank did not stick to our agreement

Nedbank promised me that they would debit the amount of R51600.00 on the 27th of November as settlement for my personal loan. But instead they debited R1700.00 . I would now like them to debit the remainder of the initial amount which we agreed upon around 49k which should be debited as my settlement amount.
