Nedbank did not follow through I am still waiting for the paid up letter and my money is being deducted for interest and fees that should not even be there HP attorneys and Nedbank legal team both are ripping me off
Legal team for personal loan very unprofessional I settled my account 29th November 2025 but still no paid up letter and I'm now being charged interest and fees that I don't appreciate it 1st March 2026, and still no help from them, I have emailed them no response, I have called spoke with different consultants and being transferred around over an a Hour average each time since December and it was said I must wait aleast 7 -21 working days it's been way too long and my money is being deducted still . **** behaviour

02 Mar 2026, 14:20I called again today requesting paid up letter and from your legal department, I spoke with a very rude unprofessional Gugulethu she was so rude I couldn't even finish my situation she put the phone on hold and transferred me to HP attorneys, she didn't even listen why I was advised by HP attorneys to contact Nedbank, I want my paid up letter and also I want to recover the funds that keeps on being deducted on the closed personal loan that was already settled, I need to be contacted and for this matter to be resolved.
