Nedbank did not contact me before placing a judgment.

I have made numerous attempts with your lawyers to pay my account. I have proof that I sent them mails. I called them twice and provided bank details for payment. Now I have a judgment on my name which is unfair. Please can it be removed as this is not acceptable especially since I tried from January to pay this account with your lawyers. I have been told by the that the account is back at the bank. Please advise a way forward. As I believe I have tried and this cannot be legal since I made attempts to pay. Which your lawyers messed up.
