Nedbank ***** Dept is useless

Your ***** department is useless. I called into your ***** line and the Agent immediately put me on hold and I've been on hold 6 minutes already!! this is terrible Service! I am closing my accounts if this is how you deal with *****. You simply don't care and you don't respect the times of your customers. Using up my talk time on a useless bank.
