Nedbank ***** department poor service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Peter please note I am so disappointed with Nedbank and wouldn't advise anyone opening an account with them,!!! I have reported ***** on my account on the 8th of October and attached all documents requested ,whenever I call nedbank for feedback they send me from one pillar to Post !!!! What a ****ty bank till today I called they said they haven't assigned an investigator for mu case !!! It's been over 3 months now and their turn around time is 9 weeks which has long passed !!!!! I AM SO DISSATISFIED WOTH NEDBANK AS THEY TAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED !!!!!!! I CALL IN DAILY TO FIND OUT THEY KEEP RUNNING I WANT MY MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A **** BANK
