Nedbank ***** department no feedback. I want my money bak

On the 6th of May I recieved a money app login attempt and declined it. Later that day money came out of my account as a sendi mali. The time this all happened I was on the freeway driving. The number of the person who was sent these funds is all the way in cpt yet the money was withdrawn in tembisa. Called Nedbank several times submit a sworn affidavit and was told to wait 4-9weeks for the investigation to take place. 14 weeks later no feedback from Nedbank, was the investigation done? Do you have a footage of these ****mers. How were they able to login on my app when I declined the attempt. What makes it worse is that when i went on the X app I was not the only one who experienced this during the same week.
