I contacted the ***** department urgently, I spoke to this guy, never told me his name, he asked me for my card number I rep**** give me a moment to get the card, by the time i came back with the card he hung up on me, I was probably not even a minute. I tried several times to contact the ***** department urgently about my cc and nobody answered
