Nedbank ***** Department are shocking

Nedbank ***** Department has got to be the worst I reported the ***** Aug 28 as at today they have done absolutely nothing not even as much as a phone call. I have done the calling and emails after so many emails sent got a response, they prioritizing the case and once the investigator has concluded the case they will get back to me..... it's been 3 months and not a single word.
