Nedbank denies knowing it’s almost 2 decade long clients

My mother has been with Nedbank Insurance for well over 15 years now, made several claims in the process. Today she calls to make a claim for roof and guess what? The agent says they do not have her under their clientbase and starts explaining many things about Iwyze. Yet, more R500 is deducted every month
