Nedbank demanding money from me after personal loan has been handed over

I have been handed over almost a year ago because nedbank did not want to accept my arrangement. Now nedbank and the attorneys are both demanding money from me. I called nedbank several times to stop trying to take money out of my account because I am paying the attorneys already and they keep saying it won’t happen again, 1 year later it’s still happening. How can I pay two places for the same account???????? And on top of that nedbank just keeps charging interest even after the account was handed over and is not supposed to be with them any longer.
