Nedbank delivery people are nonsense

I scheduled my card delivery for between 2-4pm and the guy rocks up to my house at 12,I sent my husband a picture of my I’d and my referral number but she wouldn’t accept that even tried speaking to her on the phone,so now Nedbank can keep the card and close the account because that is rude and unprofessional.
