nedbank deliberate delay on holding back deceased members money

My dad passed away and a letter from the executor was sent to Nedbank on 6 March 2023 requesting information or a balance account certificate so the estate can be finalised in order for the beneficiaries to gain the financial support.

Nedbank deliberetly delayed this process as there was follow emails and calls made with reference number that was given by nedbank for that call .

today is 22 may and still no feedback .

i guess the bank would like to the keep the money longer and don't care about the beneficiaries.

very dissapointing
