Nedbank- (Defintion) Pathetic/Useless/Unhelpful/Confused/***********/Waste of space in our beautiful country

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EVERRRRRR BANKING WITH NEDBANK

The worst bank to ever bank with. the worse processes and most unhelpful even though they messed up. I have a nedbank account for only 2 month's and had to FICA my self at least 5 times already. i have last had access to MY money on 30/07/2022. i have been to their branches 5 days in a row and to date my account is locked after providing all requirements again and again. the manager of the V&A Express branch is rude, unhelpful, disrespectful and clueless- after visiting her branch for last last 4 days (at least 6 hours spent there) neither she nor any one in any dept anywhere in the country can or will assist

I have followed their amazing 'complaints' process and still waiting for 'a call' from them to assist- I was promised escalation and a phone call. To date- Nothing
