Nedbank defintely doesn't make things happen

Recently I attempted to apply for a Nedbank Savvy Bundle Platinum Account, with a credit card facility added to it. On the Nedbank webiste they boldly advertise the benefits and encourage you to use their Money App to apply because it gets created "immediately". So that was a lie. First, I couldn't access the app because they still have my old cell number listed on their system, for which I had to go into a branch to change (It took me an hour to get helped, because COVID regulations reduces their service capacity but they expect people to visit the brancehes anyway! This makes no sense!) and secondly, when I filled in my details the app auto completed certain sections and when I change the values, it crashes upon me pressing the "NEXT" button. I gave up on that route of application and decided to do it online. Again, certain finance fields were auto completed, and when I correct it then it gives me an error message. What exactly is the point of asking me to complete my finance details if you're not allowing me to provide you with an accurate account of things? When I leave the details as the system provided then I get told that you're unable to provide me with credit and my application also gets stopped right at that point? What about me wanting to continue with opening the Savvy Bundle account or does that just get thrown by the wayside? Your online systems are not user friendly and very confusing to use. For a bank that likes taking a **** on Standard Bank's services when you can't really provide any service to speak of, you really are a joke. It literally took me a few minutes to achieve with Standard Bank and Capitec, what took me three days to achieve with you!
