Nedbank defend their

I have a home loan and car finance with Nedbank. was in financial crisis last year 2015, ended up going to a debt review which didnt go well then did arrangement with the bank through the legal attorneys that the bank appointed to collect the debt i was owing them. I aknowledge am owing them and am paying them according to the arrangement i did with their lawyers , but now am going to loose my car and the house through the negligence of the lawyers they appointed and nedbank is taking the word and side of their lawyers even though i have proof of emails that i have communicated with their lawyers to try and put my accounts up to date but they don't care. I nolonger love Nebank at all and it was my favourite bank, they defend the wrong that their workers do instead of investigating properly and then make decision fair to clients and also on their lawyers, but instead they don't do that. Last i know i owe nedbank and i try to pay my arrears but now although i owe them but still gonna loose my car and my house. I wanna change the bank and not use this bank anymore.
