Nedbank deemed a ********* & cannot apply for credit for 10 years

I app**** for a personal loan at Nedbank via Clear Score, *** assisted me with the application, I sent her all my documents including a bank statement I downloaded from the Capitec app, as I bank with Capitec, Nedbank ***** Department then called me the next day to say my application was unsuccessful because I provided a ********** bank statement, I called Capitec and Capitec said they never said that to Nedbank, now I am listed as a ********* and I don't even know how I got there. Please investigate this.
