Nedbank deductions without my consent

I opened an cheque account with Nedbank in October 2025 and they have been deducting my money without my consent.I previously sent correspondence to Nedbank to try to resolve the matter but to date there is no response whatsoever,instead every week the bank debits my account. On 13/12/2025,Nedbank debited an amount of R 2 626 and again debited R 414 on 04/01/2026 and again on 09/01/2026,they debited R 116,96.

This act is very unfortunate,how is this even allowed to happen? Nedbank does as they please in my account and I have no recourse. I also wrote to NFOSA but they said I should try to approach the bank first, so far no recourse instead every week Nedbank deducts my money. Please urgently assist. Thanks🙏
