Nedbank deducting Personal Loan account 4 times and till today i am waiting for my refund.Poor customer service

Nedbank deducting account 4 times, they deduct my Personal Loan account 4 tymz, I called them and they apologized it was a system error n i wanted my refund that was on Friday da 25 til today i havent got my money. This month they deducted 4TIMES, 2x on the 24th and 1x on the 25th, and 1 on the 26. I believe we did not agree on the other deductions. They dd promise a refund after 48 hrs and today is the 4th day witout my refund.I have not done my things because there is zero on my account.I am so unhappy with Nedbank and yesterday they told me that i wil get my money before the end of da day day was on the 30th.Imagine my account wit negative balance.
