Nedbank deducting money without consent

My name is Sbusiso Shoyisa I am shocked by the service I have received from Nedbank, I made an arrangement with them to pay my debt every month they deduct money after loosing my job due to Corona last year I made an arrangement for a minimum amount I could afford, most recently I got a contract for 3 months so I thought because it is not a permanent thing I'll keep on paying the minimum amount until I get something else, to my ****ing Suprise on the last month of my contract Nedbank deducts an amount of R3524,66 for my debt. Who gave them permission??? I have a ****en arrangement already, they don't even make me aware of what they want to do I wake up with an amount deducted. I have a ****en family I planned and made a budget and so we must go hungry coz my contract just ended and Nedbank decided to take the money without informing me ****.
