Nedbank Deducting Loan Settlement Amount without Authority

I have a personal loan with Nedbank, and I have been under debt review since 2013. Nedbank has been receiving a monthly payments from the NPDA for this loan. Last week Friday I noticed that R4809 was deducted from my bank account. After phoning Nedbank and the legal department, I was advised that Nedbank had decided to deduct the money from my account, in order to settle my personal loan! I explained to the legal department that I have been under debt review since 2013, and I was told that they were not aware of this. REALLY?? Where do you think the monthly payments have been coming from? I was told by Carin that she will request the money be refunded to me, but it will only occur early this week as the funds need to clear on their side, and there is a long weekend. I have logged into my internet banking this morning but notice that the money has STILL not been refunded to me. I want my money refunded back to me TODAY STILL, as well as the bank fee I had to pay when you deducted the money from my account. My 17.1 form confirming my debt review status, has been emailed to your legal department on Friday. You have caused me MAJOR inconvenience, as I have had to make alternative arrangements to pay my other monthly dues, as I do not have sufficient money available, thanks to Nedbank who decided to access my account and take my money! This is UNACCEPTABLE! I want this sorted out today. I view this as serious *****, and will take matters further if this is not resolved.
