Nedbank deducting debit orders not authorised.

My debit orders for end Dec 2025 was deducted off my account on the might of 11/22/2025, what gives you the right to do that. now our holiday money for Dec is GoNE. We will close both our accounts in your books for the last 40+ years. You will NEVER have the opportunity to do this to us again. It's theft as it was NOT authorised, our accounts are not in arrears and our salaries have NOT been deposited for December as yet?? This was now the last!!
