Nedbank deducting account 5 times

Nedbank has been a good bank to me until last month when they deduct my PL account twice, I called them and they apologized it was a system error. This month they deducted 5 TIMES, 3x on the 24th and 2x on the 25th, other Debit others cannot go through now. I believe we did not agree on the other deductions.
