Nedbank Deducted twice for one transaction
On the 1st of October I paid R700.00 on my account and the payment went through successfully as I had about R2 000.00 in my account. Today Nedbank took another R700.00 for the same payment. I want it refunded.
I called their call centre and couldn't help me. I want an immediate response as I'm thinking of closing this account.
