Nedbank deduct on the wrong date dispite previous complaints

I give one star because this problem in going on long despite previous attempts to fix it.

My problem is one. I have a Nedbank credit card account. The agreement is that they debit my Capitec savings account with the payment every month on the 22nd, my salary date

But they do not. Every month the debit order only goes off a day or two later. This is not only inconvenient for me but also not according to the agreement between me and Nedbank.

All other banks and companies the debit orders show on my pay daye except Nedbank.

I want to finish all my payments on the pay day. And I assume that is done. There after the rest of the money goes to other essential things.

This is also the main reason why my debit order comes back returned and unpaid because you deduct it only two days after the agreement date. This is not fair and unprofessional as well. If Nedbank is not able like other institutions to deduct a debit order on the salary date, then I demand they cancel the debit order and allow me to pay the payment manually by eft every month. Then I can plan my finances better.
