Nedbank deduct for service I didn't use

Nedbank are ******, they deduct me little amounts every now and then for ATM statements, debit orders and returned debit orders that I didn't authorised. I have called them and the guy said it is how it is done. Yes it is small amounts like R30 and R13 but I did not use the services. If they debit sucb amounts on 100 customers it is a lot of money. I want to close my account and never have any business with them but due to the looting I am unable to do that as I still need to give other creditors my new banking details. Be faithful to your customers and not deduct for services we don't use
