Nedbank - deceptive advertising & bad customer care

This is a second review, I was never contacted after the first one, which shows theat Nedbank's customer care is non-existent.

I came accross a Nedbank campaign where they promised you 1Gig of data and a R500 Edgars voucher if you open their Pay as you Use account online and swipe their card. I opened the account online and only received 1Gig of data, when I followed up to enquire about the Edgards voucher, I got sent from PILLAR TO POST until now. My complaint ref was **********4. THATS DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING.
