Nedbank Deceased Payments Department

My father passed away in May 2020 and I cancelled his credit card in December. I sent through all the relevant documentation and have had no feedback to date. The latest development is that Nedbank have now decided to start charging my Mothers bank account with the apo payment. No permission, consent, or anything.
