NEDBANK DECEASED ESTATES - NOT PAYING FUNDS

This is once again a complaint against the Deceased department. We are attorneys dealing with the deceased estates department. We are trying for months to get Nedbank to pay the funds to the deceased bank account. We provided them with everything, and we escalated the matter to the complaints department. The last e-mail i received on Friday, from Durie Isaacs states that they are currently attending to a few deceased estates and will action our case asap. This is not professional. Why hold onto the funds? We feel it's a delay tactic and will advise all our clients to not open Nedbank accounts. CASE ***
