Nedbank Deceased Estates, non functional

We have been attempting to access funds in a Nedbank account that is due to the estate that is being wound up. Documentation (on request) has been sent on three separate occasions the last 2 years, without success. No communication, shocking service and no indication when this will be resolved. Case nr ***7
