Nedbank Deceased Estates does not exist anymore!!

I think that the Deceased Estates Department of Nedbank is by far the worst in South Africa. It is as if they do not exist. As administrators of deceased estates, it is an absolute nightmare to close accounts and receive the necessary documents. Nedbank's deceased estates is the only one in South Africa where there is no call centre offering support, not even the *** complaints line is responding to requests for assistance (only reply is automatic replies).
