Nedbank Deceased Estates department is useless

Nedbank Deceased Estates department is a joke. First of all - unlike all the other banks - they don't provide you with any email addresses to liaise with the staff handling deceased estates. They expect you to go into a Nedbank branch. Then they provide you with a contact number on their website - *** - which doesn't go through. You would think in 2019 service from the banks would improve.
