Nedbank deceased estates department

The service received from Nedbank deceased estates department has been nothing short of atrocious. Despite sending numerous e-mails, Nonhlanha Shezi and Moeketsi Mooko have not had the courtesy to respond. This has been going on for months now. Would strongly recommend avoiding using Nedbank as the executors of your estate, as they are highly unprofessional
