Nedbank Deceased Estates

My mother died last year in May, till now Nedbank Deceased Estate department has tossed me to and fro regarding my mother's money at nedbank. Worst part, no one is responding to my emails including the head of that department Mr Moeketsi Mooko ***... Where do I report this conduct??
