Nedbank deceased estate department........the level of incompetence is shockingly low!!!

Worst bank ever to deal with in connection with a deceased estate. THREE YEARS!!!! and absolutely no person following up or even trying to complete and finalise the estate and they will probably expect me to pay for such shocking service and incompetence!!!!

The lawyers handling the substitution of debtor and transfer of the bond of our home into my name cannot even get a simple declaration document signed by Nedbank's deceased estate department and emails are not even being answered by the persons they have been sent to at Nedbank!!!!
