Nedbank deceased department is also dead

Nedbank deceased payment . Can someone in this department please handle my case has the Attoneys that I’ve appointed to sort out my late mother’s account seem to be worried about the payout they need to make . It’s been six months now and this case has been delayed by nedbank and all the other banks have made the payout absa didn’t even take a month . Problem is each time we go to the branch they always want an original copy of the letter of executorship which we don’t have but we only use a copy . The attorneys are the ones who are suppose to do the follow up but nedbank seems to be doing they own thing . The court took faster then you having to press a button . From September till today’s no reply not even a call . Can someone please assist me.
