NEDBANK - Deceased claim delay
To do all the claims and liaison after you have lost a love one, I do not wish on the worst of enemies. When you deal with big reputable institutions like Nedbank and they drag on claims, it adds to your frustration and pain. Nedbank Insurance publish turnaround times on their auto response and the max days are 10. I have been busy with Nedbank since 1 February 2018 . I get send from one to the other - they copy my e-mails I have send as follow-ups and then ask me what this is about!!. A delay tactic. All forms and death certificate, notice of death etc has been submitted already on 1 Feb 2018, then again and still they say they 'don't see it on their system'. I have been calling them, another battle as you cannot get hold of the people that correspond with me on e-mail. The last communication I received was on 16 March stating "Kindly note that I have sent your claim to the claim Team Leader department, to that it can be prioritised" NOTHIN G since then. I don't know what "prioritised" means as it is already 4 April. What must I do more?? E-mailing has failed, calling them has failed -- I have even posted a complaint on their own Website. Again Hello Peter is my last resort
