Nedbank - Debt Review - Credit Card

Good day Nedbank. You have a very unhappy client here.

I received a call today, first to be told I need to make a min payment of R250 to reinstate my acc, I then told woman what is she talking about... She then calls me back and then been told my account been handed over to Legal due to non payment on credit card and debt review now nonovoid due to non payment. I then tried to explain as below, and she doesn't give me the chance to talk, and I lost my cool, and I have every right to be angry and lost my temper and she tells me to shut up!!!!!

I had a conversation two week ago regarding the same issue... This account is paid in advance, min payment due a month is R510, Account been paid for the past 3 months R1932,70, never mind this month a payment was made on the 1st Nov and 2nd Nov of R1932,70 x2 and again on the 27 Nov of R200... I tried to call debt review and legal and seems all gone out to Christmas party per call centre.

I don't know if you have a system stuff up, or staff at Nedbank are *********** in doing their job correctly.

Please contact me and get this stuff up fixed!!! No way I'm in bridge of court order passed and payment are upto date!!!!! My cell number is *** and ID no ***
