Nedbank Debt Relief Sucks

Absolute worst bank in SA. I phoned your call centre after receiving a SMS about assistance on repayments (debt relief) and frankly couldn't get anything done because all your call centre agents pass it off to someone else!

All I wanted was to see if Nedbank could adjust the crazy insane high-interest rates I have on my PL so that it would provide a bit of relief.

Whats the point of sending SMS's when you cant even keep up with assisting customers ?
