Nedbank debt rehabilliation not picking up phones

<p>I am currently under debtbreview and Nedbank has been debiting my account anyway. whwn I call I was transfered to this debt revuew department and I held fir mire than 30 minutes. Actually I am holding as I am writting this review. I am very angry. I am at the bank and the lady there told me there is absolutely nothing they can do at the bank. At the main call center I asked thebperson therevto make sure my call will be answered before transferring me. Still went through and phone is unanswerd. So now what am I supposed to do? Where on earth will I get help? This is unacceptable</p>
