NEDBANK DEBT COLLECTIONS NOT PROCESSING REFUND

On the 10th December 2019 I went to Nedbank Park station to request my refund paid back after I noted a debit order on my account that my bank (standard bank) could not reverse and they advised me to go directy to Nedbank.

Background: I have personal loan with Nedbank and have since been under review so my debt councilor collects one debit order and distributes to all my creditors. So the Nedbank's debit order means its a double deduction.

At Nedbank Parkstation, one of the consultants put me through to the debit rehabilitation department which promised to have the money refunded to me within 5 working days. To this no refund has been processed and there has been another debit order taken even though I have requested to have it stopped since it is a double deduction.
