Nedbank debitting me 4 times in a month!!! For 1 loan!!

I have a nedbank Personal Loan. I arranged with them to debit my account on the first of every month. It was in arrears due to me being unemployed. But since I have been re employed I have been paying the account as arranged. This month they took the usual amounts (they debit me twice a month). My first issue with the bank is that I was an employee with the bank when I took out the original loan and when I left the bank they Pushed my interest rate up to 27.5% without even notifying me of this! I had no exit interview! Secondly they did the same for my credit card @ 17.5%. I phoned them to try and bring the personal loan down at least and they said no they can do that I should have had an exit interview to discuss this. Now this month all of a sudden they debit my Account 4 TIMES!!!! 4X TIMES!! IN ONE MONTH!!! I had no arrangement for them to do this. Fine I thought, let me phone them and just find out what is going on. I phoned them on the 10th of March to explain to them this cannot absolutely cannot happen again. They said to me no that when the current arrangement expires they debit again!! I was not informed of this!!!!!!!!!!! I told the lady on the call center, no its fine! Just do not do it again!! She was soo rude!! I honestly do not have anything good to say about this institution anymore ! 2 Days after I spoke to this lady on the phone they continued to debit me again!!! I am sorry but the bank can not Willy nilly debit my account as they please.

I kept up with my end of the arrangement I suggest Nedbank do the same!!! I am expecting a call with an apology and an explanation as to what is going on here!!!
