Nedbank debiting 4 times in one month for a loan

I made a payment arrangement with Nedbank loans department to lower my payment on my account due to COVID-19 my business had to close down.

Now for the second month in a row (even after talking to them again) they have just been helping themselves to my account. Debiting money 4 times!!!! What was the point of agreeing to something only to go back on the agreement and start taking more and more money from my account
